I realize raises this August are unlikely. 

I also realize you’re at the front of the line. And deservedly so. 

You lowering the drawbridge to Cannes is obviously greatly appreciated. However, I can’t ignore the fact that Cuanan and I absolutely crushed it this past year. I have never worked so hard in my life. And with that came a great deal of success. It would be a disservice to myself if I didn’t give it the ol’ college try.

By no means am I taking any credit away from Pat and Kim for their win. But it should be noted that Cuanan and I oversaw their work and pushed them in the right direction. I can say with certainty that our efforts effected the outcome.

The JetSki spot was said to have tested better than any Larry spot before it.

The original Hug Your Dad film tested better than "Like a Girl" in some areas.

 

These clients aren’t easy.

But a year ago I told you I was going to take C grade brands and turn them into B’s.

I’ve lived up to that 100%.

 

The average salary for an ACD in NYC is 145k.

My work ethic isn’t average and neither is the quality of work I bring to the table.

There’s not one person in this office who has worked more weekends.

And when you’re in a jam, I’m there to help.

 

 

I know it's a long shot. But so was winning Cadillac. So was BAGGING two D&AD pencils. And SO was jumping a jet ski through a flaming ring.
